The 6th Asia-Pacific Thyroid Surgery Society Annual Conference (APTS 2026) was grandly held in Singapore from April 9 to 12, 2026. Centered on the theme Strengthening Global Collaborations for Equitable Care, the event gathered top thyroid specialists across the Asia-Pacific region and the world to discuss cutting-edge trends including novel surgical techniques, precision diagnosis, artificial intelligence adoption and de-escalation therapy.
As an innovative enterprise specializing in tumor ablation, our company was invited to attend the conference. Focusing on thyroid disorders highlighted at the summit, we showcased our technological achievements and clinical practices in thyroid microwave ablation and engaged in academic exchanges with global specialists.
Thyroid surgery is undergoing dramatic transformation: minimally invasive and robot-assisted techniques have become integral parts of surgical practice, while molecular diagnosis, precision imaging and patient-centered care keep advancing. Thyroid cancer treatment is evidently shifting toward de-escalation therapy to curb excessive treatment rationally. This trend aligns perfectly with the philosophy of thyroid microwave ablation: preserving gland function, avoiding cervical scars, shortening recovery time, and strictly following the medical principle of minimal trauma for optimal therapeutic outcomes.
During APTS 2026, we conducted in-depth exchanges with thyroid specialists from Singapore, South Korea, India and other countries. Many specialists shared local clinical experiences of thyroid microwave ablation and exchanged views with our team regarding product design, ease of operation and clinical efficacy. Meanwhile, we presented our technical criteria and operational specifications for thyroid microwave ablation to attendees.
Moving forward, we will keep participating in international multicenter studies on thyroid ablation and promote technical standardization and training system development, enabling patients worldwide to benefit from precise, minimally invasive Chinese ablation technology.
